Abstract: Abstract:【Objective】To clone and analyse the expression of mouse prolactin-releasing peptide receptor gene in mouse different tissues during gestation【Method】Total RNA was extracted from different tissues and amplified by RT-PCR. The PCR products were ligated into the pMD-19T vector, and then transformed into competent cells of E.coli DH5a.The positive cloning was sequenced and analyzed.【Result】The cloned nucleotide sequence shared 99.49 % homology with the code zone sequence of mouse prolactin-releasing peptide receptor.【Conclusion】The cloned nucleotide sequence was part of mouse prolactin-releasing peptide receptor gene and prolactin-releasing peptide receptor gene express in mouse different tissues during gestation.
