Abstract:
Emergy ecological footprint method (EEF) is based on the ecological footprint of the regional ecosystem to assess the sustainable development of the emergy analysis method.Taking the three provinces of Shaanxi, Sichuan and Chongqing as the research objects, the three eco-economic system sustainable situation was analyzed by using the per capita emergy ecological carrying capacity and ecological footprint as well as EEF per 10000 yuan GDP in 2007, and an objective evaluation to the region's priority of co-operation was given between Shaanxi and Sichuan-Chongqing from the perspective of sustainable development. The results show that: the ecological deficit of Shaanxi Sichuan, Chongqing in 2007 is 3.604hm2, 1.467hm2, 1.268hm2 respectively, million to GDP is 3.162hm2, 2.31hm2, 1.632hm2 respectively. These three regions are all in non-sustainable development situation, and the situation is the most serious for Shaanxi, which is in the lowest resources efficiency use ; The development of Shaanxi , Sichuan and Chongqing will face a certain resources shortage, they have to rely on imports, or over-development to maintain the rapid economic development which will inevitably lead to a series of ecological problems and cause the challenge to the original model of development in these three places during the new period. Only through some appropriate changes and adjustments , can the development of the local be sustainable, thus promoting the western's development.
