Abstract:

In order to reconcile the interest conflicts of the concerned parties in eco-museum, construct a harmonious interest relation, the author took Sanjiang Dong nationality eco-museum as an example, adopted a mutual corresponding analysis method in combination of constructing the analysis of interest conflict and drawing a picture of interest conflict relation, aiming to analyze the interest conflicts hided in the various interest parties concerned. Through the study, the author found that the interest conflict in stakeholders in Sanjang Dong nationality eco-museum mainly existed travelers, tourism enterprises, government departments, museum domain community and museum domain original environment and so on. The radical reason for their interest conflicts was that interest relations were very complicated and it was very hard to coordinate the interest needs. In addition, through the study, the author wanted to provide the theoretic evidence for the construction of a scientific and reasonable mechanism to coordinate the interest conflicts.
