Abstract:

The potato field experiment was conducted at Shiyang river Experimental Station for Water-saving in Agriculture and Ecology of China Agricultural University located in Wuwei City, Gansu Province in 2010. In this experiment, the static opaque chamber-gas chromatograph method was used to simultaneously measure CO2 fluxes and concentration in the depths of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 cm in soil to study the effects of water and temperture on CO2 emission under different irrigation or mulch The results are as follows: After irrigation, CO2 emission flux and concentration was significantly increased; In 24 hours, because of the influence of temperature, CO2 emission flux and concentration from different depths of soil present a high trend in the day and low in the night; In the irrigation period, water was the most important influencing factor of CO2 production and emission, CO2 emission flux and concentration from different depths of soil decreased with water content.
