Abstract:

In order to study the different parameter of extracting polygonatum polysaccharides (PSP) from polygonatum by hot water and sinking in alcohol, and the best extracting process was ensured. The parameter of extracting was ensured by four-factor and three levels orthogonal experiment on the one-factor experiment and the content of Polygonatum polysaccharides were determined by UV. The results showed that temperature and time had very significant effected on the extracting rate of Polygonatum polysaccharides. The times of extracting and ratio of solid to liquid had little effected on the extracting rate of Polygonatum polysaccharides. The best extracting process was extracting temperature 90℃, ratio of solid to liquid 1:15, extracting time 4 h, extracting times 1 and the extracting rate of Polygonatum Polysaccharides was 3.2248%.
