Abstract:

Effect of planting density and fertilizer application on Pinellia ternate yield and total alkaloids was studied in order to provide basis for Pinellia ternate high-yield and good-quality cultivation measure.4 factors and 5 levels quadratic regression universal rotatory experimental design method was adopted to carry out field trials. Gravimetric method was used to determine total alkaloids，content. The results indicated that the four experimental factors effect on the tuber of Pinellia ternate yield was: planting density> application of N >application of organic fertilizer> application of P2O5.Set up mathematics model between every factors and the tuber of Pinellia ternate yield. By simulated test and optimality selection, we put forward cultivation techniques program(the tuber of Pinellia ternate yield 1500g/m2，the tuber of Pinellia ternate yield 1750g/m2).During Pinellia ternate cultivation, density, application of organic fertilizer, nitrogenous fertilizer and phosphorus should be kept within reasonable limits, which was beneficial to Pinellia ternate yield improvement and total alkaloids accumulation.
