Abstract:

In order to analysis the QTLs for 4 agronomic characteristics in Chinese jujube, The F1 segregation population derived from a cross between Dongzao (Zizyphus jujuba Mill. ‘Dongzao’) and Linyilizao (Zizyphus jujuba Mill. ‘Linyilizao’) was used to survey on characteristics of trunk diameter (TD), branch angle (BA), branch crankle angle (BCA), and branch bent angle (BBA). With the constructed genetic linkage map of Chinese jujube, a total of 34 QTLs were detected by using interval mapping method, including 6 for TD, 14 for BA, 7 for BCA and 7 for BBA, the phenotypic variation explained by each QTL ranged from 8.6% to 54.2% and its LOD value within 2.50-4.61. It will provide useful genetic information that could be used as molecular marker-aided selection in breeding program of Chinese jujube.
