Abstract:

In order to measure the benefits of community-based territorial planning, and guide the follow-up projects, after choosing 24 indicators, including economic, social and landscape ecological benefits for evaluation system, the author used fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish evaluation model, took Tianzi Village as an example for empirical research. The results showed that the comprehensive benefits in this project were preferable according to the maximum subordination principle, and its subordination degree was 0.3626; the economic benefits were preferable, its subordination degree was 0.3903; social, fine, 0.3420; landscape ecological, preferable, 0.3370.
