Abstract:

In this context, based on the regulation status of the safe agricultural products in China recently, it had already introduced the regulation foundations of safe agricultural products, key measures of regulation and guaranteed of working system. It had also highlighted the current situation and existing weaknesses of regulation works of safe agricultural products. It had provided the measures accordingly, for example, it improved the regulation team, strengthening regulation by law and so on. Finally, it has shown the management ideas which were “regulation by law, scientific regulation, prevention of risks and traceability management”.
