Abstract:

To reduce or inhibit the effect of saline water irrigation on soil salt accumulation and soil physical and chemical conditions, the salt water irrigation test was carried out to study the effect of 3 types of organic-inorganic amendment on soil amelioration. The results showed that, organic-inorganic amendment could significantly improve the soil condition. Compared with CK (the same below), the treatments with amendment decreased bulk density by 8.55%-12.82%, increased soil capillary porosity by 5.68%-10.63% and permeability coefficient by 22.41%-49.14%. Meanwhile, the soil amendment could be effectively regulate the soil chemical ionic composition, it reduced Na++K+ by 43.38%-64.88% and Cl- by 99.65%-122.69%, increased Ca2+ by 15.91%-67.21%. Soil amendment B and C decreased soil total salt content by 20.45%-57.35%, and the effect were better than amendment A. The amendment also decreased soil pH by 0.36%-1.84%. The organic-inorganic amendment contained large natural humic acid, activity organic matter and nutrients such as Ca and S. So it could improve the anti-adversity ability of maize, and increased maize yield by 20.63%-34.28%.
