Abstract:
The regeneration systems from leaf, axillary bud and internodes explants of ‘Yulebite hops’ ( Humulus lupulus L.) were established in order to culture resistant cultivar by gene engineering technology. The result showed that the leaf, axillary bud and internodes from in vitro cultures of hops are able to regenerated shoots by direct organogenesis. But the leaf was better for establishing than others. The highest regeneration of the leaves (92.5%) and differentiation (56.0%) of callus was achieved from the MS-B5 mediums with sucrose 20 g/L, IAA 1.5 mg/L and 6-BA 0.5 mg/L, agar 7 g/L, pH 5.8, respectively.
