Abstract: The study on the enzymatic characteristics of saline-alkali soil with artificial grass growing can provide biological theoretic evidence for improving grass production ability. This paper discussed change rules of soil cellulase, urease, protease and phosphatase activities with Puccinellia tenuiflora growth in different year. The results showed that four enzymatic activities presented different dynamic regulations in the same childbearing period of Puccinellia tenuiflora growth. Meanwhile phosphatase activity increased at first and then descend, cellulase and urease activity declined, protease activity increased after Puccinellia tenuiflora growing. The correlation analysis showed that there were significantly positive relationships between soil cellulase and urease activity (P<0.01), between urease and protease activity (P<0.05), negative relationships between cellulase and protease activity (P<0.05), no relationships between phosphatase and other enzymes. From the above it concluded that seasonal and interannual dynamics of four soil hydrolytic enzymatic activities were different after Puccinellia tenuiflora growing. So further research on theirs underlying mechanisms is necessary.
