Abstract: For the genetic diversity of a clear Beauveria bassiana esterase isozymes and RAPD-PCR technology, 15 Beauveria bassiana laboratory saved from the protein level and molecular level of genetic diversity of research. The results showed that: the similarity between the strains of esterase isozyme zymograms show range from 0.125 to 1.000, while the similarity between the range of strains obtained by RAPD technique 0.4848-0.8848, esterase isozyme zymograms showed genetic differences greater than the differences of the RAPD bands.
