Abstract: The effective docking between national modern agriculture industrial technical system and local innovation team was a useful way for development of agricultural industry by sci-tech Breakthroughs of national modern agriculture industrial technical system and chief characteristics of local innovation team in Sichuan province were introduced in this paper. Effective docking between the two of advantageous and characteristic industries selection, designs of whole industrial chain, personnel recruitment, division of labor, functional positioning of comprehensive testing station and demonstration bases of industries in counties, and benefit extension were expatiated in detail. Finally, some countermeasures and suggestions about cooperation, two-way examination, reciprocal exchange, docking mechanism of effective interests were put forward. It provided reference for the construction of national modern agriculture industrial technical system and local innovation team, especially in their effective docking.
