Abstract: Abstract: Application value of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) and its hydrolysis compounds (ADP, AMP) are highlights, especially in study of animals and plants, and it is widely used in the field of clinical medical, food, etc. To better graph the study advance of detection technique of ATP in body of animal and plant, this paper illustrates all kinds of extraction and detection methods and application for ATP, which includes the latest ATP detection technology on domestic and overseas, and pointed out that one of the advantages and disadvantages.
