Abstract: Production and eaport of agricultural and sideline products in liaoning province are in the forefront of the country.But the enterprises of agricultural and sideline products in Liaoning are facing many difficulties:the importing country economic downturn,business costs rise rapidly,recruitment difficulties,export prices declining,import and export inspection and quarantine not aligning with the international,high detection costs ctc.according to the Laoning province agricultural product export processing industry survey and analyzing the reasons for the formation of these difficuties,we put forward the countermeasures that the government should made.
