Abstract: In order to screen new Flue-Cured Tobacco Varieties (lines) of mountain characteristics in Ankang tobacco growing area, the adaptable selection experiments of 6 newly Introduced flue-cured tobacco varieties (lines) were done at two set up test sites in Ankang ,ain producing areas, K326, Yunyan 87 and Qinyan 96 were used as controls. The results showed that, YN105 had more leaved per plant, chemical composition was coordinate, the yield per unit area was 2221.05kg/hm2, the Single output was 33960.00 yuan /hm2, The rate of secondary smoke was 80.17%, it had good performances in testing varieties. Center flower of YN99 opened late, chemical composition was coordinate, the yield per unit area was 2128.50 kg/hm2, the Single output was 33454.05 yuan /hm2, The rate of secondary smoke was 83.17%, it also had good performances in testing varieties. YN105 and YN99 were recommended as cultivar varieties (lines) can be moderate planted in Ankang tobacco growing area.
