Food Safety Factors Analysis Based on Principal Component and Gray Correlation Indicators

Abstract: In order to deal with increasing food safety incidents in recent years, the government has issued a series of regulations and measures. So studying what factors greater impact on food security has a great significance in improving the implementation of the policy effect. The writer analyzed the data collected through research and survey by the principal component and gray correlation of the composite indicator and calculating the gray relational degree of the various factors in the number of food safety accidents and sequencing the results. The research tried to figure out the most influential factors to focus on the food safety law supervision on food safety accidents. The study results showed that, the influencing factors for the accident located in the top three were that improving the profitability of the industry, increasing law enforcement officers and law enforcement. The results obtained to improve the overall profitability of the industry's most effective inhibition of food safety issues and followed by long-term effective management and supervision mechanism.
