Disaster Risk Assessment and Regionalization Technology of Lightning in Southeastern Shandong Mountainous Area Based on GIS

Abstract: In order to defense lightning disasters, master the mountains of southeastern Shandong lightning hazard, exposure, vulnerability and disaster prevention and mitigation capacity distribution. Through the number of disaster risk index method, analytic hierarchy process, a weighted composite score, spatial analysis method, by the support of GIS technology, the author established a information platform of GIS-based database of meteorological disasters as risk analysis and identification, risk assessment and zoning, analyzed and evaluated the disaster thunderstorms risk in Wulian County, established the thunderstorms disaster risk zoning map. The results showed the uneven distribution of the space integrated risk of thunderstorms disasters in Wulian County, and Hung condensate streets was the highest integrated risk parts, the western and eastern parts of integrated risk slightly higher, slightly lower risk of the north, southeast, and put forward the thunderstorms disaster recommendations of defense.
