Research on the HPLC Fingerprint of Radix Angelica dahurica in Chongqing

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to establish a HPLC fingerprint and analyse its main factors of Angelicae dahuricae in Chongqing in order to regulate the development and control quality. In the research, chromatogram collected by RP-HPLC method, the “Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCM”published by GPC (Version 2004) was used to establish the various reference fingerprint and evaluate its similarity. The result showed that fingerprint similarity of 65 lots between 0.633 to 0.997, 9 lots ranged from 0.633 to 0.773 which treated with smouldering sulphur, others were all over 0.9; the quality of Angelica dahurica in Chongqing was similar with Suining area; the most influencing factors of fingerprint similarity in Chongqing were area、soil type and processing method, then altitude, harvesting time and types of skin had the least influence.
