Abstract: Livestock shares a part of grain as feed source and lacks of green feed, gradually becomes a common problem in Qinglong County. The efficiency of the planting grass for raising livestock was significantly affected. Through representative investigation and analysis, the author proposed taking full advantage of the superior rain and heat conditions of Qinglong County, forming a system of agricultural area grass industry. The mode of year round forage supply was in order to improve the overall efficiency of grass industry. And grass industry system can produce huge economic, ecological and social benefits for Qinglong County.
