Abstract: The experimental material is Mirabilis himalaica, the experiment adopted repeated randomized block design, effects of different fertilizer levels and coating were studied on Mirabilis himalaica roots. The results were presented as follows: when the best deal with of cultivation was A2B2,the fresh weight of Mirabilis himalaica′ roots was 39.3g/strain, the root length was 20.2cm/strain, the rhizome crude was 1.8cm/strain; when optimal treatment of cultivation was A2B1. Two treatments did not reach a significant level on Mirabilis himalaica′ roots, to the fresh weight and moisture content of root, coating types had a relatively large influence; For the rhizome crude and root length, the impact of fertilizer levels was larger.
