Abstract: As a new growth point of rural economy, the leisure agriculture of Chengdu presents the vigorous development momentum, and the developmental models play a vital role in its developmental path and direction in future. In order to learn the leisure agricultural model of Chengdu, the paper tried to carry out a contrastive study among organization form, operational form, product form and marketing form which was based on direct subject model and indirect subject model. The two models were typical of Pixian Nongke Village and Sanshenghuaxiang in Jinjiang District respectively. From the contrastive study of two models, we learnt that the government should play an appropriate role, guide both subjects to create characteristics in product development to enhance competitiveness and also pay attention to managerial innovation. Finally, the paper tried to put forward suggestions for the sustainable development of the leisure agriculture in Chengdu.
