Abstract: 60Co-γ ray irradiation Lilium‘Corvara’,‘Extraordinary’,‘Double Surprise Bulbs’, to carried out radiation mutation breeding experiment. The 0, 3, 6, 9 Gy 60Co-γ treated seedling (strain) rate‘Corvara’were 100%, 37.5%, 0 and 0;‘Extraordinary’seedling (strains) were 100%, 35%, 7.5%, 2.5%;‘Double Surprise Bulbs’seedling (strains) were 100%, 100%, 66.7%, 0. The results showed that the treatment on the Lilium plant growth and development had obvious radiation damaged, mainly in the plants grew shorter, reduced the number of leaves per plant, bud reduced the number of delayed flowering. With 60Co-γ ray radiation mutagenesis Lilium had a demonstrable effect, suitable for mutagenesis dose due to different varieties have changed.
