Abstract: In order to study under the background of climate warming, 0℃ temperature variation characteristics, analyze Baoji City in Shaanxi Province from 1961 to 2010, the average temperature stability by 0℃ at the beginning of the day, all day long, interval number and its change characteristics of accumulated temperature, precipitation. The results showed that: Baoji Shaanxi, the average temperature of 0℃ or more significant early trend in the early days, all showed a trend of fluctuations delay. Early all day long interval between days increased significantly. During the acuity 0℃ accumulated temperature of 73.86℃/10 a significantly increased, rainfall 13.706 mm/10 a slow decreased. Accumulated decadal fluctuations increased, frequently alternating cold and warm. Effects of climate change varieties of winter wheat planting characteristics change, appropriate seeding time delayed, main development period, early growth period significantly prolonged, had important significance to improve crop yield.
