Abstract: In order to use solar energy, provide a basis for agricultural industrial structure adjustment by use of 2010 average photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) and global solar radiation (Rs) data, using the least squares linear fit of photosynthetically active radiation area characteristics. The results showed that: a typical sunny day and cloudy day PAR and Rs curve consistent trends, and the former was significantly greater than the value of the latter; PAR average monthly total of 8.15 MJ/m2, the annual total of 2983.1 MJ/m2, spring, summer, autumn and winter seasons, the average daily total seasonal variation was obvious, summer maximum and winter minimum; PAR/Rs sunny day cloudy day was significantly less than the value of the annual average of 0.497, the monthly average at 0.422-0.544 between the maximum in late summer in August to 0.544, minimum in winter in January was 0.42. PAR/Rs changes in the magnitude and the local weather and climate related, by the sky clouds, atmospheric aerosols, water vapor content in the atmosphere and other factors.
