The Progress of Application of DNA Molecular Markers in Genetic Diversity of Glycine soja

Abstract: In order to study the genetic diversity of different populations of wild soybean in Shaanxi province, the principles and characteristics of several common DNA molecular markers (RFLP, RAPD, AFLP, SSR, ISSR, SNP) were summarized. It described the status of different DNA molecular markers in the study of genetic diversity in wild soybean. The advantages and disadvantages of the different DNA markers on the genetic diversity of wild soybean were analyzed. It raised the prospect of SSR markers and the advantages of the genetic diversity of wild soybean.
