Recent Progress of Formation of Spike Characteristics in Different Spike Cultivars of Wheat

Abstract

Abstract: Tillering, which affects the number of panicle and grain production, is a key factor for the quality and quantity of population in high-yield cultivation. In order to research the characteristics and mechanism of tillering and earring of different spike cultivars and then increase the grain yield of wheat, this article summarized the researching progresses with reference to genetic factors, group of environmental factors, endogenous hormones and other aspects, and pointed out that the future research should focus on the relationship between various factors and mechanism which influences tillering. By studying the relationship among content of hormone, hormones balance, gene expression and regulation, and wheat tillering, this article provided a theoretical basis for research on wheat high- yield cultivation.
