Abstract: In order to provide the scientific basis for governance of Dianchi Lake, the surface layer of soil phosphorus studied different types of Dianchi Lake Basin, the author mainly studied the evolution of the surface soil phosphorus in Dianchi Lake Basin and accumulation characteristics. The results showed that: Dianchi Lake surface soil total P, Olsen-P and water soluble phosphorus content of both would accumulate by the passing time and would continue in the coming 20 years. Regarding the different land utilization type, the entire phosphorus, the content order of fast- acting phosphorus and the water- soluble phosphorus was consistent, which was: the big awning soil>plants crops the soil>to construct the city soil>the forest land soil. The content of entire soil phosphorus, fast- acting phosphorus and water- soluble phosphorus was remarkably relevant. The accumulation of phosphorus was apparent and of a high risk of loss, therefore the problem of phosphorus loss was urgent to be solved.
