Abstract: In order to prolong fresh-keeping period of hawthorn fruits, improve storage quality of the fruits, and screen MAP film package suitable for long-period low-temperature storage of hawthorn fruits, the study took‘Dajinxing’hawthorn as materials and carried out the refrigeration test with four different MAP film packages (PE perforated bag with 20μm thickness, PVC bag with 30μm thickness, PVC bag with 50μm thickness, and fresh-keeping bag effectively penetrating CO2 with 15μm thickness). Changing tendencies of volume fraction of O2, CO2, and ethylene, changes of fruit physiology and storage quality of hawthorn in different MAP treatments were researched during refrigeration (0±0.5℃). The results showed that under the condition of (0±0.5)℃, PVC bag with 30μm thickness was beneficial to lessen fruit hardness and titratable acid content. However, in the late period of storage, it promoted rise of MDA content and browning rate. Comparatively, fresh-keeping bag effectively penetrating CO2 with 15μm thickness had insignificant effect on restriction of hardness decline and retard of titratable acid decomposition, but possessed active effect on lessening the rise of MDA content and browning rate. Among four different MAP film packages, fresh- keeping bag effectively penetrating CO2 with 15μm thickness had the best storage effect and was suitable for long- period freshkeeping of hawthorn fruits.
