Abstract: Through a sample survey of selected objects in four major urban areas of Beijing and statistical analysis of the survey results, The author came to the following conclusions: the major reasons for eating out is to seek for convenience and to save time; like it or not, food away from home had become a necessary part of modern life; income and family structure have positive impact on family FAFH expense.
