Abstract: 2012-2013, different tillage methods were set up to carry on soil amendment fertilizers application experiment in Shaanxi Sanyuan (Irrigated land) and Shaanxi Yongshou (dry land). This article studied the effects of soil amendment fertilizers on the yield of wheat, influencing factors of yield and quality index of wheat. The results of the sample for the test have shown that soil amendment fertilizers played a significant role to increase production. Compared with the control, the yield in irrigated land increased 1304.06 kg/hm², the increase rate was16.8%; the yield in dry land increased 224.70 kg/hm², the increase rate was 8.6%. At the same time, The soil amendment fertilizers made more than one quality indicators of wheat (irrigated land) decreased significantly than the control, protein content reduced by 4.2% ; hardness reduced by 2.2% ; wet gluten content reduced by 4.6%, sedimentation value reduced by 11.6%. Except the bibulous rate, rheological properties of dough were reduced significantly. But soil amendment fertilizers had no significant effect on the quality indexes of wheat in dry land.
