Analysis of the Piscatorial Science and Technology’s Productive Efficiency Based on DEA Model

Abstract: Innovation of piscatorial science and technology in China will become the main motivation of agricultural growth in the near future. Data envelopment analysis (DEA) method was utilized to carry out an empirical analysis of the piscatorial science and technology’s productive efficiency. The result proves that high cost investment in the process of technological innovation in China’s fishery is prominent, and the piscatorial science and technology in China generally has no scale efficiency. The pure technology efficiency of fisheries fluctuates a little greatly, and presents no obvious sustainable growth trend. Meanwhile, the situation of piscatorial scientific and technological innovation in China has been getting better from 2008. For example, the comprehensive efficiency rises steadily and input-output ratio of innovation tends to be more reasonable.
