Abstract: In this study, the author inoculated F.mosseas to the three soybean varieties of different continuous cropping years to analyze the diversity of fungi during the high-incidence of seedling root rot. In order to inhibit the fungi infect the root of soybean and to reduce the incidence of root rot. Polymerase Chain Reaction-Denaturing Gradient Gel Electrophoresis (PCR- DGGE) was used to analyze the diversity of fungi in the seedling of continuous cropping and the abundance, dominance and index of diversity from DGGE profiles. The results showed that: inoculated F.mosseas had a significant effect on the diversity of fungi and decreased the index of diversity significantly. The study stated that F.mosseas could inhibit the growth of the root rot fungi in the continuous cropping. Therefore, the study has a practical significance on exploring AMF prevention of the incidence of root rot fungi in the continuous cropping.
