Abstract: In order to study the effectiveness of wheat seed coating agent in wheat sharp eyespot prevention, the co-toxicity of thifluzamide and flusilazole to wheat sharp eyespot were tested using growth rate method, and the optimal ratio was determined. The control effect of wheat seed coating on wheat sharp eyespot was also tested. The results showed that the optimal ratio of thifluzamide and flusilazole was 1:2, and the orthogonal test six had the best results, the stability of wheat seed coating was still well after two weeks’ geothermal reservoir. The control effect was more than 90%, significantly higher than that of the comparison. In conclusion, the seed coating agent is efficient to the prevention of wheat sharp eyespot, it is a substitute pesticide.
