Abstract: In order to explore the influence of micro drip bio-bacterial manure on soil, the author took desert soil as example, which had been treated with micro drip bio- bacterial manure dispose and after cotton cultivation, to conduct the research. The effects of microbial agents with 4 different concentrations (A, R, G and K) were studied through conventional dilution- plate method and Biolog- Eco system, and its effects on the microbial community structure and functional diversity were analyzed. The results showed that the order of microorganisms in different treatments was bacteria>fungi>actinomycete. AWCD increased 3.7% to 25.6%. Different bio- bacterial manure influenced the characteristics of different soil microbial communities differently. Principal component analysis (PCA) showed that carbon source of carbohydrate was an important index of this variation. The results could provide certain references for the application of micro drip biobacterial manure and the evaluation of microbial community structure in desert soil.
