Abstract: The Lecanicillium lecanii V3450 was a high efficient strain to control Gynaikothrips uzeli. In order to realize target of amplification culture, the author used export potted ficus with the main growing media coco coir and the most sporulation quantity in single solid-state fermentation media wheat bran as the main carrier, to select a solid-state fermentation media of Lecanicillium lecanii V3450 strain through the general and orthogonal combination design experiment. The results showed that the best media formula of preliminary selection in the general combination solid-state fermentation media was number 5 (coir dust wheat bran phosphate yeast powder =7.5 g 7.5 g 0.2 g 0.5 g), the four basic component factors in the solid-state fermentation media formula of Lecanicillium lecanii V3450 strain were wheat bran, coco coir, phosphate and yeast powder. The optimal media formula of careful selection in the orthogonal combination solid-state fermentation media was number 8 (coir dust : wheat bran : phosphate : yeast powder =3:2:3:2), the optimal mass ratio of four basic component factors including wheat bran, coco coir, phosphate and yeast powder was 3:2:3:2. The optimal solid-state fermentation media formula of Lecanicillium lecanii V3450 strain was orthogonal combination formula 8 (coir dust : wheat bran : phosphate : yeast powder =3:2:3:2), and its fungal spores had very strong infectivity to Gynaikothrips uzeli adults.
