Effect of the Legumes Soil Leaching Liquor on Soil Enzyme Activity and Conductivity of Continuous Cropping Potato Soil

Abstract: In order to study the effects of legumes soil leaching liquor on soil enzyme activity and conductivity in continuous cropping potato field, the potato cultivar‘Xindaping’was used as test material, the effects of soil leaching liquor of three years potato continuous cropping field and four years leguminous plants soil under five planting patterns on soil enzyme activity and conductivity in continuous cropping potato field were studied. The results showed that compared with CK, soil conductivity of half-film trench sowing 1:1 treatment decreased 16.70%, soil conductivity of other treatments all showed an increasing trend. The activities of catalase, alkaline phosphatase and urease significantly increased in all treatments, the 1:1 treatment significantly increased those enzyme activities of flat- trench filming and half- film trench sowing, the 1:1 treatment also significantly affected the activities of catalase and urease of whole-film bed planting and whole-film trench sowing; 1:2 treatment could significantly improve the activities of catalase, alkaline phosphatase and urease of half-film bed planting, and it significantly affected alkaline phosphatase activity of whole-film bed planting and wholefilm trench sowing.
