Abstract: There is an important relationship between the occurrence of water eutrophication and phosphorus leaching in farmland soil. The authors studied the effect of soil slope on phosphorus concentration by simulated rainfall experiments. The results showed that the total phosphorus concentration, water-soluble phosphorus concentration and particulate phosphorus concentration in surface runoff, and water-soluble phosphorus concentration in subsurface runoff increased with the increase of soil slope in the range of 0° to 10°. Total phosphorus and particle phosphorus concentration in subsurface runoff declined to a certain degree when the slope was 15°. The decline mechanism will be analyzed and researched further.
