Abstract: ABA treatment improves the plant resistance in low temperature. The plant in low temperature gradually formed a set of perception and conduction of low temperature signal pathway, and produced a series of changes to adapt and increase cold resistance. With the role of the transcriptional regulation and activation of transcription factors, a series of functional gene expression associated with the low temperature to improve the cold resistance of plants as a whole. Along with the further study of crop growth processes in low temperature and molecular level, roles of WRKY transcription factors and abscisic acid in low temperature was reviewed, in order to lay a good foundation for clarify the molecular mechanism of WRKY involved in plant cold resistance, and to cultivate high-quality varieties of crops and breeding of resistance to low temperature varieties provides a theoretical basis.
