Planning of Ecological Breeding Park and Case Analysis: Based on Circular Economy

Abstract: Livestock and poultry farming became the major pollution source of COD and NH3-N with the rapid development of animal husbandry. The way about introducing philosophy of agriculture ecological civilization, following principle of circular economy and developing ecological culture park was considered as an effective approach for resolving livestock husbandry pollution at present stage. The study took Fuzhou Genesis Pig Ecological Culture Park as a case study, planned and constructed comprehensive management service center, intensive pig cultivation zone, science and technology culture of circular agriculture zone, circular agriculture ecological farming zone, circular agriculture facility cultivation zone, agricultural products processing and marketing zone around elements of circular economy connotation and followed “3R” principle. Established mode of circular economy of pig ecological breeding based on circular efficient use of meat products and waste (manure) by conducting partition layout reasonably, implementing cleaner production and attaching product ecological design among planting industry, processing industry and leisure tourism industry industrial chain. (1) To deal with pig manure by dry clean up manure method, 70% of pig manure used for gasification power generation; (2) To build biogas pool as the link for flushing water to produce biogas provided fuel energy for entire park, and achieve high biogas utilization by biogas power generation; (3) Biogas slurry used for plating forage grass and then forage grass used for pig, sheep, goose, fish breeding, or used as fertilizer for fruit trees, tea-oil trees and woods directly; (4) To produce high-grade organic fertilizer and protein feed by introducing animal body disposal technology. Expected the scale of amount of 35000 head of the culture park, can produce 11088 kW dry gasification power generation, 2400 kW biogas power generation, 8000 m3 biogas and 1t organic fertilizer per day. This model can reduce organic wastes pollution to the environment, so as to realize recycling cultivation waste multistage circulation. In the protection of the first industry (primary production industry) of high-yield, high-quality, safe, and at the same time, extend the agricultural industrial chain, exploit agricultural market, develop the second industry (industry) and the third industry (leisure tourism industry). Established a new type of agricultural circular economy mode, broaden the agriculture development space, promote agriculture industry from resource consumption type to resource saving and environment friendly type through virtuous cycle of internal substance. Pulled city people stream, logistics, information and science and technology into rural areas, promoted the development of the second and third industry in rural area. In short, the birth of ecological culture park had an important strategic significance for construction of urbanization and a new socialistic countryside, also for integration development of city and countryside.
