Abstract: Field experiments were conducted to study the effect of combined application of humic acid, diammonium phosphate and microelement on alfalfa (Medicago sativa) growth, and to analyze and evaluate 12 main nutritive indexes by gray relational analysis grade method. The results showed that the total yield of alfalfa increased by 39.6% with humic acid, diammonium phosphate and microelement applied as base fertilizer. Topdressing in seedling establishment period had little effect on yield. Fertilization could improve plant height of alfalfa, and the plant height in first cut and second cut was higher than that of third cut. The results of the weighted correlation degree and the equal right correlation degree of alfalfa nutrition were the same under different treatments, the effect followed the order of T3 (base fertilizer), T1 (base fertilizer + topdressing in seedling establishment period), T2 (topdressing in seedling establishment period) and T4 (without fertilization), the comprehensive evaluation correlation degree of weighted and equal relation were 0.2175 and 0.2156 under T3 treatment.
