Abstract: With the popularization and application of rice noodle special rice varieties, the amylose content in rice is regulated and the quality of rice is improved by exploring the cultivation measure (fertilizer regulation), to make rice quality more suitable to the need of rice flour processing. The high amylose rice flour special rice variety‘B You 268’was used as the material, and a randomized block experiment was designed to investigate the effects of different levels of nitrogen and phosphorous fertilizer on yield traits and amylose content of‘B You 268’. The results showed that, nitrogen and the interaction of nitrogen and phosphorus significantly affected the yield and the amylose content of‘B You 268’. Enough tiller number and effective panicle number were the foundation for high and stable yield of‘B You 268’. The optimization of nitrogen and phosphorous was beneficial to improving the yield and the amylose content of‘B You 268’.‘B You 268’got higher yield and amylose content when nitrogen fertilizer was 300 kg/hm2 N and phosphorus fertilizer was 120 kg/hm2 P2O5.
