Abstract: The paper aims to carry out further research on circular agriculture in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and to formulate relevant policies to realize the sustainable development of circular agriculture in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. This research system expounds the important position of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River in China"s agricultural development and the cycle agriculture in this area has the characteristics of long history, complex structure, mode diversity, advanced technology, functional efficiency and sustainable development. And pointed out that the current middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River there is a waste of resources, ecological damage, environmental pollution, lack of labor, lack of awareness, lack of mechanisms and other issues, seriously constrained the sustainable development of circular agriculture. In view of the above problems, it is suggested that the following countermeasures and measures should be taken to promote the recycling agriculture in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River in the future: (1) to raise awareness; (2) to plan; (3) to improve the system; (4) to increase investment; (6) to expand the scale; (7) to extend the chain; (8) to strengthen research and development.
