The results showed that: (1) Myzus persicae usually went through winter on peach trees and winter vegetables; eggs of Myzus persicae hatched into fundatrixes between the end of February and early march, then reproducted 3 generations on peach trees, alate aphids occurred in late March to early April; (2) alate aphids began to transfer in early April, and transferred to tobacco fields between first and middle of May and bred with virginogenia; the number of aphids had a peak in first and middle of July, and declined after August, then moved back to peach and cruciferous vegetables in September; (3) the natural enemies of Myzus persicae mainly included Aphidius gifuensis Ashmead, Aeva pyrastri and Coccinellidae. Aphidius gifuensis Ashmead was the domaint population, which accounted for 88% of the total numbers and gained 29.03% natural parasitic rate.
