Abstract: Exotic species invasion has become one of the most serious problems all over the world which causes severe threat to economy, biodiversity and safety of human property and health of all countries. However, legislation evolving this field in China is not perfect enough to prevent exotic species invasion effectively. From the perspective of internationalization, this essay will put forward some suggestions on how to improve the legislation of exotic species invasion in China by analyzing the legislation of the United States and Japan on preventing exotic species invasion.
