Rural Homestead Circulation in Heilongjiang Province Based on Household Survey: A Case Study of Maoershan Town, Heilongjiang Province

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to study the problems and countermeasures of rural housing land transfer in Heilongjiang Province on the basis of the investigation of farmers, to activate the stock of rural housing land and improve the conservation and utilization of rural residential land. Based on the investigation of the current situation of the resettlement of rural homestead in the town of Maoer Township, this paper makes a preliminary discussion on the transfer of rural homestead from the perspective of farmers, and analyzes the rural areas of Maoer Township The current situation of the distribution of homesteads, revealing the problems existing in the rural homesteads in Maoer Township, drawing on the successful experiences and methods in literature, and put forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures to institutionalize and standardize the rural homesteads in Maoer Town, Legal basis.
