Abstract: The sensitivity to Mancozeb , Prochloraz , Copper oxychloride, Azoxystrobin and Thiophanate-methyl of 43 Diaporthe citri isolates from different regions in Zhejiang Province was tested by measuring mycelial growth rates. The results demonstrated that the average number of EC50 values all isolates to Mancozeb , Prochloraz , Copper oxychloride, Azoxystrobin Thiophanate-methyl were 4.0136±4.2897μg·mL-1 ,0.0851±0.0325μg·mL-1,179.2214±63.0787μg·mL-1,0.1519±0.3377μg·mL-1 and 0.6148±1.4194μg·mL-1, In addition, Sensitivities of each fungicide showed a normal distribution with Shapiro – Wilk Test，which was used as the sensitive baseline of D. citri to five fungicides.
