The Texture Characters of‘Shucuihong’Peach Fruit

Abstract: Comparison of the texture changes of "Shucuihong" peach in different shelf periods can provide a data basis for the texture of the fruit in shelf life. Different shelf life on peach parameters include the skin puncture strength (skin hardness), the skin burst falling distance (peel brittle), peel toughness, brittleness, average flesh firmness, pulp fiber index (fineness) are measured and observed peach fruit in the shelf life texture change, provide technical support for production.The test results show that the quality of the ‘Shu cuihong’ peach can be stored for at least 20 days in the shelf life.
