Abstract: This study aims at providing a reference for the approval of new wheat varieties and marketing in the future. By using R language statistical model, the experimental results of wheat region in the Southern Huanghuai Area from 2016 to 2017 were analyzed, the stability and the adaptability of 17 wheat varieties were evaluated. The univariate parametric analysis showed that the CV value of‘Xinmai35’,‘Zhoumai36’, ‘Zhongyu1220’,‘Zhengmai103’and‘Fanyumai17’were smaller, which indicated that the static stability of these five varieties were better than that of the others. The Shukla variable coefficient of‘Xinmai35’, ‘Zhoumai18’, ‘Quanmai31’, ‘Zhengmai16’, ‘Zhoumai36’ and‘Zhengmai103’ were smaller, which suggested that the dynamic stability of these six varieties were better than that of the others. The Pi value of ‘Xinmai35’,‘Zhengmai103’,‘Zhoumai36’,‘Zhengmai16’ and‘Hefeng No.3’ were smaller, which indicated that these varieties had high yield, good stability among locations, and strong adaptability. The adaptability and stability of‘Xinmai35’,‘Zhengmai103’and‘Zhoumai36’were better in each location, and were suitable for planting in the Southern Huanghuai Area.
